This Wayfinder Systems web site, and any sub-sites thereof, including www.mywayfinder.com, (together "the Site"), is published and maintained by Wayfinder Systems AB (referred to as "Wayfinder", "we" or "our"). The services that Wayfinder provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Wayfinder reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. By using the Site you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal notice ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. The Wayfinder privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you and your use of the web sites constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Wayfinder provides details on the web sites about its business practices, including details of its partners and licensees, professional services providers, and independent software vendors. All materials, including all images, software, text and graphics, buttons, keywords, metatags and as well as the general “look and feel”, (“the Content”), contained on the. Site are protected by copyright under national laws and international treaties. Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services. The marks, corporate logos and emblems displayed on the Site are subject to the trademark and other rights of Wayfinder or its content providers. 4. Software available on this site
Any software that is made available to download from the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Wayfinder and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms. The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING SUCH SOFTWARE. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, WAYFINDER CORPORATION HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CONTENT CONTAINED ON THIS SITE MAY INCLUDE TECHNICAL INACCURANCIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. WAYFINDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE CONTENT AS NECESSARY TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS WITHOUT NOTICE.
5. Limitation of liability
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives. In no event will Wayfinder be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of Content available from the web sites, or the performance of software, provision of or failure to provide Services. If any problems arise from the supply of goods or services by a supplier, you must take issue with the supplier and not with us. Wayfinder, Wayfinder Systems, Wayfinder MobileNavigator, Wayfinder Mobile MapGuide, GetWayfinder, My Wayfinder, the Wayfinder logos, the Wayfinder Systems logos, Wayfinder MobileNavigator logos, Wayfinder Mobile MapGuide logos, GetWayfinder logos, My Wayfinder logos and other Wayfinder related marks or logos (the "Marks") are trademarks or registered trademarks of Wayfinder Systems AB. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You agree not to use as or incorporate the Marks into any trade name, mark or logo. In particular, you agree to not, through use of the Marks represent, any of your products or services as being provided by Wayfinder.
When using the Marks, you agree to incorporate the following:
(1) after the first occurrence of each of the Marks, the trade mark symbol (™); and
(2) in any material in which the Marks appear, the words "Wayfinder and all Wayfinder-based marks and logos are trade marks of Wayfinder Systems AB".
The Marks must not be used in the plural form. Instead, you may pluralise the nouns they describe (for example, "The Wayfinder-based products", but not "The Wayfinder’s").
10. Disclaimer of warranties and damages
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE (INCLUDING ALL CONTENT AND FUNCTIONS MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE) IS PROVIDED ""AS IS"" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
