Here you can download Wayfinder MapLoader to your computer* for free. Wayfinder MapLoader will allow you to fast and easy pre-install maps on your mobile phone**. Once downloaded and activated Wayfinder MapLoader will always make sure that the latest available version of this service is available on your computer.
Pre-install fresh maps
1. Connect your mobile phone to your computer with a USB cable.
2. Switch your phone to mass storage/file transfer mode, or start ActiveSync if you have a Windows Mobile device.
3. Start Wayfinder MapLoader and connect your phone.
4. Select the map areas you want to download.
5. Click “Update” to transfer the map areas to your phone. Please make sure that you have enough phone memory.
6. Click “Disconnect” to disconnect your phone from Wayfinder MapLoader. Remember to always disconnect your phone from your computer before removing the USB cable.
Use the maps for free
All maps that you pre-install with Wayfinder MapLoader are free. So you can browse around and make searches with your Wayfinder Navigator or Wayfinder Earth instead of relying on printed guides, paper maps or asking by-passers.
But in order to navigate turn-by-turn with these maps, you have to purchase a license on wayfinder.com for one or more continents or regions.
